Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

I have a printer failure message, turned off, disconnected power, and turn on several times. I didn't get this message until I changed the black HP950XL cartridge; even tried a second new cartridge. I can't get beyond this error message on the screen to reset default settings.  HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
