Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP deskjet plus 4152 printer. It keeps saying printer in error status when i try to print something. i recently had to reset my laptop, because it got some sort of virus and was froze up.

If your printer's status displays "Printer in error state," there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn't open and the paper isn't jammed.

Thanks for the information.  My ink is low,, hopefully that will fix the error,  when I get ink tomorrow.
