HPEnvy Photo 7134
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this printer linked to a new Dell desktop running Windows 10. I am experiencing quality problems with the printer in that it is giving photo subjects orange/ tanned faces and an overall orange tinge to other objects in the photo.  What displays on the screen is totally different with what is printed out. I have used the Windows Photo program and Corel Paintshop Pro 2019 Ultimate to manipulate colour prior to printing but with both programs this requires much more than just tweaking the image. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and do you have a fix.

My suggestions

(a) Use the right photo papers which are supported by printer. Each vendor has different ways to mix chemicals.

(b) Save photos from other software and use HP Photo Creations to print.

Regards.

Hi, I have ordered HP glossy paper as recommended and have applied HP print and editing software. The paper is a yet untested but the software does make the changes to photographs easier but what appears on the PC screen and what prints is different without editing, in other words people in the photos appear like Umpalumpas and I am not Charlie from the Chocolate Factory. I will report back once I have used the paper.
