Hi @Sreenevas,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2776 All-In-One Printer is continuously printing the Printer Information Page and Wireless Quick Guide page every time you switch it on, there could be a few reasons behind this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Check for Jammed Paper:

  • Make sure there is no paper jam in the printer. Even a small piece of paper left in the printer can trigger continuous printing.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the official HP support website for your printer model.
  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer.
  • If yes, download and install the latest firmware.

Factory Reset:

  • Perform a factory reset on your printer. Please note that this will reset all settings on your printer, including wireless settings.
  • Refer to your printer manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

Check for Software Issues:

  • Ensure that the printer drivers on your computer are up to date.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the printer software on your computer.

Wi-Fi Connection:

  • If the printer is connected wirelessly, check the Wi-Fi connection.
  • Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • Try connecting the printer via USB to see if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hi Team,

I have done the Reset, Checked the Jam Paper and updated the firmware as well.

On Software update, when i have checked in HP Smart App, it says the Firmware is upto date.

On the Wifi, yes its connected on same network.

But, How will do a factory reset?

Hi @Sreenevas,

Thank you for your response.

Performing a factory reset on an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2776 All-In-One Printer typically involves the following steps.

  • Turn on the Printer: Ensure that the printer is turned on.
  • Press and Hold Cancel Button: Press and hold the Cancel button on the control panel of the printer for about 10 seconds.
  • Power Off and On: While still holding the Cancel button, turn off the printer. Keep holding the Cancel button.
  • Release the Cancel Button: After a few seconds, release the Cancel button.
  • Power On Again: Turn on the printer again.

The printer should now be restored to its factory settings. Keep in mind that performing a factory reset will erase any custom settings and configurations you have applied to the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
