Hi @beaming3365,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're experiencing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-In-One Printer, particularly with the touch screen and power switch not working, as well as the printer not functioning. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer using the power switch (if possible) and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. You can usually find this information on the HP support website. Updating the firmware may resolve software-related issues.

Check Power Connection: Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the printer and the power source. If the power switch is not working, make sure the power source is functional.

Hard Reset: Perform a hard reset by unplugging the power cord from the printer while it is still turned on. Wait for a minute before plugging it back in. This can sometimes resolve issues with unresponsive touch screens.

Factory Reset: If none of the above steps work, consider performing a factory reset on the printer. Keep in mind that this will reset all settings on the printer, so you may need to set it up again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
