just bought a new HP All-in one desk top 24. my HP envy 7640 will print a test page from the desk top but it will not print from a web site. i get the message Printer needs Attention" but it doesn't show me how to get the attention. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it several times but stiil get the attention needed message each time I try to print from a website.

I see that you are facing printing issues from the website on your HP Envy 7640 all-in-one Printer.
You may follow the steps listed below to update the firmware from HP Smart App.
1. Go to 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPad OS), or HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows), or HP Smart - Mac App Store (Mac) (if not installed).
2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap on the printer’s name.
NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.
3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.
4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.
5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.
