Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
For an accurate solution I'll need more details:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: Click here
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Is the printer set as the default device? and do you have sufficient ink?
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!
To thank me for my efforts to help you,
feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon
And Have a great day Ahead!

@neptune2 The serial number alone will not help, please include the model name or product number so I can identify the device, and please elaborate on what exactly the issue is all about? Perhaps you can answer my questions and help me, help you? Awaiting your response.
Thank you.

The printer is HP Envy 5530.
The printer is not printing all the pages - when it is selected to "all".
If there are three pages to be printed, it will only print two for example.
It has been working fine until last week.

@neptune2 I appreciate the details and here's what I recommend you do:
- Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the computer.
- Download HP Print and Scan Doctor, and then follow the on-screen prompts to install and open the tool.
- On the Welcome screen, click Start to view a list of available printers.
- Select your printer in the list, and then click Next.
- Click here for more steps and the instructions to download the software (if you don't have it)
If the issue persists, try the below steps:
- Press "Windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window.
- Type "services.msc" to get Services - Go to "Print spooler" - Right-click and "Stop" the service.
- Now again open "Run" - Type "spool" and ok - Go to PRINTERS folder - delete everything in that folder.
- Go to services again - Start the print spooler.
- Now check for issue resolution.
- If the issue persists, unplug the USB cable from the printer (if present).
- Go to Control panel - Programs and feature - Select all the HP printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel - Devices and printer - Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to the Run window, type - "c:/programdata" - Go to the Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
- Restart your computer.
Then, use this link to access the HP website, find the drivers compatible with your windows and install it: Click here

On occasion, my hp laptop and brother (and others) printer will print only the first and last pages of multipage documents which are attachments to emails received over Yahoo Mail. The printer is set to "all" at all times.
