Hi @213412,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for sharing your situation! Since you're using Windows 7 (32-bit) and your HP printer isn't printing, and you suspect the USB cable is faulty while Wi-Fi isn't connecting, here are some steps and suggestions to help:

Recommended Steps:

  1. Replace the USB Cable
    • Look for a USB Type-A to Type-B cable (commonly used for printers).
    • You can find one at local electronics stores or online (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
    • Make sure it's USB 2.0 or higher for better compatibility.

  2. Temporarily Avoid Wi-Fi Printing
Since your Wi-Fi isn't connecting, using a new USB cable is the most reliable way to restore printing.

  3. Reinstall Printer Drivers for Windows 7 (32-bit)
    • Visit the official HP support page for your printer model.
    • Download the correct Windows 7 (32-bit) drivers.
    • Here's the general HP driver page:

  4. Check Printer Status
    • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
    • Right-click your printer > See what's printing > Printer menu > make sure "Use Printer Offline" is unchecked.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
