HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer

First of all is there a number to speak to a real person at HP because this is ridiculous that I have to create a message on this thing. Anyway, can anyone help  me with my printer issue. 

There is a flashing light by the circle, globe looking icon.

I'm using a mac desktop.

Any information would be greatly appreciated..

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 3772 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Let's perform a power drain: 

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Remove USB cable, if present.
  • Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
  • Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle

Update the printer firmware 

 

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product
  • Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. The provided steps didn't help. But I was able to find that an HP ePrint email print job has been blocked. How do I unblock that? It doesn't make sense that a ePrint will stop me from using my device. I haven't been able to use it in months. 

 

So could you provide some helpful steps to resolve this issue?

Print jobs can be stuck in the queue due to an outdated printer driver. If you recently installed a Windows update, it is best that you check for available device driver updates too.
