The printer says there is an issue with the printer or the ink system. I have already changed the black and cobalt colors as requested and still get that error. It says to call HP, but that system seems only to give virtual help, not a person. Any ideas on this?

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Encountering an error message related to the printer or ink system can be frustrating, especially after replacing cartridges. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check Cartridge Installation:
- Open the cartridge access door and ensure all ink cartridges are installed correctly and securely.
- Remove and reinsert the cartridges to make sure they are properly seated.
Inspect for Obstructions:
- Check inside the printer for any paper jams or debris that might be causing interference.
Clean the Ink Cartridge Contacts:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Remove the cartridges and gently clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. Visit the HP Support website, enter your printer model, and download any available firmware updates.
Reset the Printer:
- A printer reset can sometimes clear error messages. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a hard reset.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
