printer print after log time and it is not detected correctly on the network - printer offline

Hi all, I'm having problems with my printer.
It doesn't show up on the network but I used ip address lookup to install it.
The printer prints immediately as soon as you install it but then after a while it becomes offline and if you send something to print an error message appears on Windows.
Printing is then performed after a time such as one hour.

I have already performed all the steps recommended on the support pages:
- installed and uninstalled several times, with Windows or with Hp's tools.
- checked the network: the printer and the computer are connected to the same network
- ran the hp scan and doctor program without success
- followed the steps to restore the print spool
- downloaded drivers and firmware from the official site
- tried disabling the firwall to see how the printer behaved
- tried to connect it in Wi-fi direct but despite installing the drivers, but  windows reports that they are absent

- check that the print wasn't to "print offline"

The printer prints immediately if I print from the phone.

Could you suggest me something to do?

It might be the WSD port issues, install it on a TCP/IP

You may see a “printer offline” error if your computer can't communicate with your printer. This can be caused by loose cable connections or an outdated printer driver or operating system.

I have to create a new WSD port? Now is connected by a wsd port yet. 
There are two port WSD called with the same name of the printer .

Thank you. I have already donwloaded new driver and updated the system but it doesn't fix the problem.

The printer is still offline.
