Hi! @bruno8, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand when you print from your printer the printer cuts off the text from the bottom of the page.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
Have you tried printing from a different application? Does the issue persist?
Have you tried checking with a different brand paper?
As you mentioned when you print from your printer the printer cuts off the text from the bottom of the page.
Try the steps recommended below.
There is one setting in the driver which you can check. It's called Preserve Layout. Make sure that it is set to Yes.
You can find this setting here: Start>Devices and Printers>Your printer driver>
Right click and go to Printer Preferences>Advanced
If the copy works fine try uninstalling the printer drivers from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software and check if it helps.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Update the full feature printer software using this link: https://hp.care/2JuzrhI
Also, if the issue persists install windows built-in drivers and check if it works.

I removed the base software and other related programs (help, update, improvement study).
When I try to reinstall the process ends with the message: " not able to complete installation".
The pc is not connected to the printer in spite of the fact that the software and the related programs appear installed in Programs and Features.
I removed all again and installed by cable and not wireless. For the moment I can print ok this way.
Regards

@bruno8, Thanks for your quick response and time.
I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As you mentioned when you connect your printer via cable you have no printing issues.
Try the steps recommended below and check if it helps.
Restart the computer, printer, and router
Restart the computer, printer, and router to resolve any error states present during the printer setup.
NOTE:
The following steps temporarily disconnect network and Internet connections, and require restarting your computer. Complete any tasks or downloads in progress before continuing.
-
Disconnect the power cord from the router.
-
Turn off the printer.
-
Close all running programs on your computer, including the HP software installation window, then shut down the computer.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the router, then wait for the Internet activity light to display a normal connected status.
-
Turn on the printer.
-
Turn on the computer.
-
Try installing the HP driver and software again.
Also, try the steps recommended to below to convert your printer from USB to wireless.
First make sure your computer is connected to your network.
If your printer is not currently connected to your computer, connect the USB cable between the computer and the printer.
Make sure your HP printer software is installed on your computer.
If your HP printer software is installed, use Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7:
Start -> Programs -> HP -> -> Printer Setup & Software.
For Windows 8/8.1:
Launch the Printer Software from the Start screen (using the icon for your printer model) or from the tile named for your printer.
Select (click or touch) Utilities on the top of the Printer Software screen
Select Printer Setup & Software
Select Convert a USB connected printer to Wireless.
Select “Convert a USB connected printer to wireless” from Printer Setup & Software or from the Welcome Back screen from the CD.
Carefully follow the instructions on the software screens. If you see a software screen prompt instructing you to connect the USB cable and the cable is already connected, check the checkbox which says “the USB cable is already connected”, and then continue.
The software may be able to automatically retrieve your wireless settings, which includes your network name and wireless password. If the wireless settings cannot be retrieved, you will have to pick your network name from a list of detected networks in your area and manually input your wireless password.
At the end of the process, you will be instructed to remove the USB cable.
Note: The printer can be connected by a USB cable to a computer and also be connected to a wireless network. Both USB and wireless connections can be active and used at the same time. At the end of the conversion process, you may be given the option to either keep or delete the USB printer driver. If you choose to keep it, you will have two printer icons with the printer’s model name in the computer’s printer folder. One icon will be the printer originally installed and used over the USB connection. The second icon was just installed and should be used when using the printer over the network connection.

Thank you very much for the fast replay.
The process didn't work again.
At last I tried another way. I created a new door (or gate in english?) with a new name and it worked! There remain only a minor issue : wireless printing is ok while a message appears: "impossible connection with the printer"! Of course I am satisfied with this result.
Thanks and regards
