If I want to print a 1.5 page Microsoft Word document, the text of the second page does not start at the top, but is moved to the bottom, the top of the page is empty. It used to be OK before and I have not consciously  changed anything in settings

Thanks for your comments!

Hello @Birgit_K ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Open the Document - Page setup - Tab: Layout
Vertical alignment = top

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@Andr-1611: Thanks for your recommendation, unfortunately it doesn't help, I do not find the Tab you mentioned under Layout. I use office Student, maybe it doesn't offer the full functionality?

@Birgit_K

There is the icon "Preview and print", on page 2 the text is also displayed shifted downwards?

What setting options are provided?
I do not know this Word version or is not available to me.

What about a screenshot of "printer properties", when print is clicked this link appears.

Under  the preview section, it shows the page in the correct way, ie text at the top. I just realized, that the same problem exists with a pdf, so my impression is, it has nothing to do with the programs, but rather is an issue with the printer setup or printer driver. I am including two screenshots, hope it works.
