hello my HP PageWide MFP 377dw printer has a frozen screen and wont turn off by power button i have unplugged it from power multiple times but it still wont work it wont print either, ive tried connecting the printer to my phone and pc for no connection or even recognition from my phone or pc that the device is even there. not sure what to do.
