Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJetPro 9010 series, URL:https//192.168.0.11, stopped printing and I get error message telling me it is unable to print and to check my printer. I don't know what happened or how to fix it. Need help.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

May I know if you are using hp smart or full-featured drivers?

How is the printer connected?

Are you using any security software?
