Let's try these steps:
- If the printer is connected to a WiFi network, turn off the WiFi
- Power Reset the printer
- Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector.
- Turn the printer on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 60 seconds
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Check if the printer goes to the main screen
- Try to make a copy. If it works then turn on the WiFi and try making a copy again.
Let me know what happens.

Let's try these steps:
Step 1: Update the Printer and the Router firmware
- Refer to this link to update the printer firmware.
- Check if your Router has a firmware update and install the update
Step 2: Disable IPv6
- On the printer control Panel, touch the settings icon
- Go to Network Set-Up > Wireless Settings > Advanced Settings > IP Settings > Enable IPv4 only/disable IPv6
