How do you change the channel to 11? 

 

I have had this problem with multiple HP printers.  Just got a new one, ran just fine for weeks then the IP address updated on the printer.  I used to have an option on HP software to update the IP address for my computer so I could print again but I cannot find it.

I miss that utility.
