Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a calendar template page from Microsoft word on my HP officejet 5740 series printer.  I had no problems printing prior to this.  What I see in print preview is not what prints.  It leaves off all the info I entered into the calendar page.  I am running windows 10.  I printed a template page in November and had no problems. I attempted to check for driver updates for the printer but couldn't find any.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Visit the HP official website to check for the latest printer drivers for your HP Officejet 5740.
  • Download and install the updated drivers if available.
  • Restart your computer after installing the updated drivers.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Open the document in Microsoft Word.
  • Go to "File" > "Print."
  • Ensure that the correct printer (HP Officejet 5740) is selected.
  • Check the print settings to make sure they match your requirements.

Print Test Page:

  • Print a test page from your computer to check if the printer is working correctly.
  • This helps verify if the issue is specific to the document or a general problem with the printer.

Check for Word Updates:
