I have just purchased an HP Envy 6400 series, the problem I have is that for some reason I can't

print Emails from my computer, Can someone help please

If you have not done so,

Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software for your printer.

 

Example - Model - HP Envy Pro 6455 - Install Full Feature / Full Solution software - "How-to"
