Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Are you using the Air Print feature or are you interested in using the HP Smart App only?
Is the printer working as a copier or as a stand alone?

Yes i am using air print. i also use my printer as a copier. As I stated earlier, i have had this printer for a few years and have regulary used it to print off of my Iphone 6plus, my wifes iphone 5 and my ipad air. it has always worked very well, until recently. Now when I go to print, my phone connects to the printer and then says there is a paper size mismatch. I have of course checked to make sure that the correct paper size is chosen. The same thing happens if I try and print a picture from my phone.

Hi @Nika1212,
Thank you for replying,
As I understand you already have the phone updated, and still having the issue. I would suggest here is to check if there is any firmware update, If available from the following link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
If the issue still persists, I would suggest you disable the IPv6 and assign a static IP address to try and fix this issue. Here are the steps:
• Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
• Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
• Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
• Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
• Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
• Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
Now, restart the Printer, router, iPad and other devices which are on the same network.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Eagerly waiting for your response!
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.
