I have had exactly all of the same issues that have been described above!!! I have updated drivers, firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated iPhone iOS and followed every step described above. The only thing different is that I am able to print a photo from my iPhone. Every time I try to print paper I get paper size mismatch error. I’m feeling defeated...my printer is broken....can I get the number for customer service as well?

let me know how it works out for you. i was told by tech support at that phone # that the printer is fine but the updates on my iphone and ipad updated to mismatch with the printer. goofy

So that’s it? The problem is with my iPhone and iPad updates...nothing can be done to fix it? I use my phone and iPad all the time to print stuff...if I go buy a new printer am I going to run into the same issue??? Did they offer you any solutions? Or even a discount on purchasing another printer? This is so frustrating!!!

they informed me my printer was out of warrenty and for $19.95 i could get it serviced but would not take care of my problem?? my only solution was to buy a new printer which they could sell me over the phone but a discount was not mentioned. good luck

How’d it go @Nika1212? Did they give you any help? I’ve been told it’s a hardware issue and to call HP...is this gonna be a waste of time?
