Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdn

I have an LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdn.

It's been working fine for years and years.  The scanner function still works just fine.

However, just the other day, it started printing the test page over and over!

It keeps printing the test page until it runs out of paper.

I tried disconnecting printer from power cord, and pressed buttons on control panel to remove any straggling charge in the printer, but it still just prints out the test page.

When I look at the print queue, I see no active print jobs.  When I try to print something, the print job shows in the queue.  However, all that prints are copies of the test page, and the print job I submitted stays in the queue.

I tried a firmware update.

I tried HP Dr., which said there were items in the print queue, claimed to fix this, but printer keeps printing test page over and over.
