i currently experience trouble with my printer. when i do the printing, there are certain parts of the document being printed that is missing. there are lines in the document that is not printed. Is there anybody who knows what is the possible problem with my printer? I already did the maintenance check through its software

I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing; Other Print Quality Issues and if the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
