Printer gives message that "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed".  Message has appeared before, but was cured by turning printer off and on.  Help?

Hello, depending on how your setup to the printer, either ethernet or USB, can cause and issue. USB downloads and installs the print driver automatically, and works most of the time, however sometimes an updated driver can help. If you hooked up over the network, then most likely the port needs to be set to the I.P. address of the printer, for better connectivity. You may also require a newer updated driver for that as well.
