hey, in the last month my printer started to show me the error. at first the error message "the printhead appears to be missimg, not detected, or incorectly installed" but the printer still continued printing, after some time it sometimes printed and sometimes didnt, so I opened the cover, tried to clean, take it off and put it back, but still over time it became worse till yesterday it stopped printing completly. every time I tried to send a file to print- it was cancelled automaticlly.
BTW i changed the cartriages cause some was on the low side, but it didnt do any effect on the error, maybe even made it worse. idk.
woulk like to do if there's anything to do.
thank you for any help

Hi @Hadar3s,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
In some cases, removing the ink cartridges and resetting the printer can solve the error.
Turn on the printer.
Before continuing, wait until the printer is idle and silent.
Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the printer. If your printer has a network or wireless connection, leave it connected.
Remove the ink cartridges of the printer.
With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord into the outlet.
NOTE: HP then recommends reconnecting the printer's power cord directly into a wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically make it.
It is possible that the printer goes through a warm-up cycle. It is also possible that the printer lights blink and the carriage moves.
Wait until the preheat cycle and until the printer is idle and silent before continuing.
Reinsert the ink cartridge, and then close the access door to the cartridges.
Print a calibration page, if prompted.
If you disconnected the USB cable, reconnect it to the back of the product.
Try to print.
Please update the printer's firmware using the USB connection via the following HP link
If the above steps do not fix the issue, then this could be hardware.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
