Hi. My printer has been acting funny for the past couple of weeks with not printing the whole page properly. Today, there was an error message that says: "Problem with Printhead code 62.80.13" . The printer says the ink doesn't need to be replaced and I have aligned the printheads as well as cleaned them several times.
Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it? I don't want to have to spend another $300.00 for a new printer. Thanks!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. If you have already performed the steps from the document Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
