Printer display printhead problem error message.  I have cleaned and re-inserted ink cartridges.  I have run the HP Doctor blah, blah and still error message is dispalyed and printer will not print.  Any other suggestions?

As I understand, you're getting printhead error on your printer. 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

 

Were there any hardware/software changes made? 

When was the last time it was working fine? 

 

Let's try these steps given below: 

 

Follow these steps to reset the printer.

  1. Press the Power button () to turn off the printer.

  2. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

  5. Press the Power button () to turn on the printer.
