Officejet PRO 8025  Printhead error code 62.80.13 .  What is it and how do I fix it?

Good day.  These 62 series errors usually point to a defective printhead.  Unforturnately, the printhead on this model is not a supply item.  It is not designed to be replaced by user.  You can find the printhead online and the repair process on YouTube.  If you are handy with tools and want to invest the time, you could try replacing the printhead.  This printer retails for about $200.  Save yourself some pain, just replace it.
