Look for any remaining jammed paper
Remove jammed paper from the input tray:

Clear jammed paper from the toner cartridge area:
- Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Open the top cover and remove the toner cartridge.
- Gently pull out any jammed paper from the cartridge area. Ensure no torn pieces remain inside.
- Reinsert the toner cartridge and close the top cover.
- Lower the scanner assembly and reconnect the power cord.
Clear jammed paper from the rear door:
- Open the rear door.
- Carefully pull out any jammed paper from the area.
- Close the rear door.
Reset the printer
Sometimes, a false paper jam error can persist. To resolve this, perform a reset as follows:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
