was working fine until my network cable went bad and i changed computer to hook up with usb cable. Prints good from computer but not from iphone wirelessly.

I understand that you are trying to print from your iPhone and is having issues. I'd like help 🙂

 

Let's try installing the HP Smart app (Previously HP AiO Remote app) to print from your iOS device. Go to Apple Store and install the HP Smart app on your iOS device.

I found a wonderful document which will give you instructions on how to use this app. Please go through the steps here: http://hp.care/2sl1E5V  

 

If you have installed the app, then please reinstall the app and check.

 

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
