Product: envy photo 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently purchased a HP envy photo 7858 printer. when i try to print off my iphone messages all it looks for is the photo drawer of the printer. i need to change this so it directs to the 8 1/2" x 11" paper drawer. How do i change this setting?

I understand your printer will not pickup 8.5x11 paper while printing from an iPhone. Not to worry, I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you able to copy documents on an 8.5x11 paper?

Are you printing from iPhone using AirPrint or HP Smart App?
