printing functionality is disabled. please contact hp. error code 0xc6fd0413

it has been working fine, bought it just more than a year ago (enough to be out of warranty  unfortunately!)

after chatting with the rep., they had re reset the printer by turning it off, unplug everything (usb, ethernet, power cable...) for 1 minute, plug power cable back on, turn back on by press and hold the power button for 10-20 seconds.

 

printer is on and error is disappear but now everytime it prints, there are vertical streaks on the printed paper..., nearest "HP service center" is a computer plus shop (probably mom and pop shop) 150 mil away from me and I live 15 mins away from Atlanta, GA area - one of the biggest metropolitan areas in the USA, lmao, horrible product and support service, imagine buying a laptop from HP and having issue... never again
