This solution does not work. I have now invested severaal hours trying to find a bloody invoice for $25. [edit] I am now trying to find a way to cancel my account and I can't find that either. Maybe that is the puspose o fmaking this information impossible ot find.

@eding1950,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Support Community,

What exactly seems to be the issue. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message.

Let's try these steps here for one more time and check what happens:

  1. First log into your Instant Ink account.
  2. Next select Printing History.
  3. It will be on the current month, so select a previous month.
  4. You should now see in the lower right corner a button that says "View as PDF".
  5. Click.
  6. Save/Print.

I hope this should help. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than glad to help you.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
