I recently bought wedding invitations from hobby lobby. The length is 8.5 and width is 5.5. I have altered the size of the invitations in the printer and microsoft word to be the correct size of the invitation and have centered it perfectly. I have used regular and card stock to print off to make sure everything looks right. When I try to print on the actual invitations it will not pull the invitaions through the printer.. any suggestions?? I have also changed the paper type option in the printer settings..

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Have you done this before or is this the first time printing invitations?

If your Media settings in Printing Preferences does not include "card stock",
you could use something similar, such as Brochure matte, index card, etc..
As the printer would be expecting a "thick" paper.

Printing Preferences – Windows and Mac
