Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

printing a4 is fine , but in thee same printer when printing a3 paper' the lines dont print smoothly 

up close' the look zigzaged , not a continuous line 

additionally , it doesnt print in color at this size only (a3)

You need to go hp.com and install latest original HP print driver, you are now printing with Microsoft drivers that is causing A3 printing issues.
