I bought some "Inkjet Creative Media SKU PPD-73" sticker paper, and I can't get it through my printer. The sheet starts to feed and then jams. There are roller marks, as if it were slipping. Is there anything I can do? Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Community --
We receive occasional similar comments about using Cri-Cut craft paper.
Neither the Cri-Cut or your "sticker paper" is a supported paper type.
Not.
Personally, I suggest you don't put Sticker Paper in your older printer.
Older printers don't work as well as newer printers -- AND the paper type is not supported.
What if you cannot resist?
"Out in Orbit" Ideas...
Dragon Comments
I have read all sorts of solutions that people have tried - some of ideas were posted here in the Community.
One person reportedly put tape on the back of the paper to "catch" the edge and draw the paper into the printer.
Great ... Unless the tape slips off, sticks, wraps itself around your printer rollers.
Sounds like something I'd not do unless I was willing to replace the printer if necessary.
If the paper is slippery AND too thin or too thick, best not put it in your printer --
Not supported print surface plus not supported paper weight = a "not working" combination.
If the paper is slipping due to an incorrect paper size / paper type, you could try adjusting the Tray and Paper settings in the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
Note that there are NOT any selections for "sticker paper" -- you'd have to guess based on the front side print surface type, the size, and the weight (thickness) of your craft paper.
Next, you'd have to match that paper size / type selection as best can be done in your printer application / software.

What else?
This is definitely "out in space" idea -- just something to consider....
If you believe the paper is slipping due to a slick surface on the backside of the paper,
If you have adjusted the Tray and Paper settings in the printer and the job configuration settings,
and
If the tape idea sounds as bad to you as it does to me,
Perhaps rough up the back side of the paper to reduce the slipping and increase traction.
How? Perhaps 440 grit sandpaper - very fine, not rough.
After "sanding", clean off the front and back sides of the paper --
You do NOT want any dust in your printer.
What else?
Read what others say about the slippery Cri-Cut paper or other shiny-back papers that people have tried to use.
