Which Media types (kind of paper) do you have available in the Printing Preferences > tab Shortcut menu??
In general, you need a "thicker" paper setting like Card, Brochure matte, or POSSIBLY Presentation (though this paper is only 120 gsm; the setting may not be adequate for heavier business card "paper".
In addition, you need to be able to select (with your paper type), the Paper Size.
The Answer is:
Use Paper Type (Media): Card, Brochure matte, "some form" of thicker paper setting
Select Paper Size of the sheet size (A4 or Letter for most business cards)
IF your printer can create and use a Custom Paper Size form,
If you cannot find Media type AND the paper size you need in combination,
Create a custom paper size form from one of the Index card forms,
Open the software you are using to create / print the business cards,
Select and edit your business card template to add desired content,
Select Print
Select the Media type
Select the Tray
Select (in tab Layout) Advanced > select the custom form you created.
