printing on 5x7 cardstock, printer only prints half the page or less

I am trying to print my wedding invitation on my HP ENVY 5000 all-in-one printer. I am using 5x7 cardstock. I have modified the paper size on the printer to 5x7 and have changed the paper type to specialty matte paper. I am printing from a MacBook Pro 13 and I am using Preview. I changed the printer settings on my mac to 5x7 and fill to page. I also change the paper type to specialty matte on the printer settings. The page does not print the entire invitation design. it cuts off the top or is just half the page.

I see you need help with the card stock paper printing in your HP Envy printer.

If your card paper is within the weight limit designated for this type of Media (200 gsm),

If an Index card, card, or cardstock is not presented in the list of your Printing Preferences,

Select Media Type Brochure Matte (if the card paper is toward the heavier end of the spectrum)

OR

Select Media Type Presentation paper (if the card paper is lighter in weight - for example, a lightweight index paper).

If you have not done so, download-save-install printer software

Restart the computer and log in.

1. Be aware that the printer must be made aware of paper changes when loading paper.
2. Printing Preferences must be aware of your preferred settings (shortcuts / settings for job).

Check / Adjust / Retain the Paper at the Printer Display Panel

Open Printer Tray,

If you have not yet done so, add the desired paper type

Close Tray

If applicable for your printer:

Look for a message on the Printer Control / Display Panel,

Click Modify (wording varies), set the paper size and type, Click OK

NOTE:  If the size of the Paper Size is not in the Drop-down menu, Select Custom.
