Product: hp office jet 3830
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am trying to print addresses on an A7 envelope, I have every other setting for envelopes except A7 and it won't align the printing. is there any way to fix this issue? the envelopes are feeding through fine, I just don't understand why it wont print in the center of the envelope.

As per the Printer Specifications, this Model does not support A7 envelopes

Since A7 is a 5 x 7 envelope, you can try customized printing. Please refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03890386
