My opinion:  the answer is "maybe".

The Specifications are presented in the "new" format and lack detail and specifics (unintended pun).

The Specs indicate the printer supports Media type Brochure Matte.

HP Brochure Matt paper is typically 180 gsm.

65lb cardstock might be translated to 176gsm when that cardstock is created from "cover" paper.

What??

There is more than one type of paper from which other papers are made.  Two of these are Index and Cover papers.  It is a beastly, complicated, not-always-understood tangle of paper weights, types, specifications, that is made worse when the printer Specifications are vague.

An easy to read and understand article on the subject:

Paper Weights Explained and Simplified

If the package in which the paper was purchased includes the weight of the paper, and the paper is not any heavier than the HP Brochure Matte paper, then the printer may handle the cardstock.

Select Media type (kind of paper) as Brochure Matte, Card, whatever is similar (not photo paper).

Select the Source (Tray 1)

Select the Size from the list of supported sizes

Caveat 1

If your cardstock is not a "standard" size supported by the printer, you will need to create a "custom form" (Creating Custom Paper Sizes ) for your card paper.

Hint:  Start with a known, supported paper when creating the new form.  For example, if your supported list of papers / sizes does not include "card", create the new form from one of the "Brochure" papers in the list.

Caveat 2

I am not at all sure about the "textured" card stock.  Particularly if this is the heavier of the two papers that you describe, the paper may not be the best choice for this printer.
