Product: office jet pro 6960

I am trying to print mailing labels (avery) on my HP OfficeJet pro 6960 for the first time and they are totally smeared.  Worked fine on prior HP printer

Do you select the right paper. Normally label surface requires more time for inks to dry. You need to tell printer the type (if supported) of paper to print.
