The HP Deskjet F4580 is connected by a USB cable to one of the PC's (running OS Windows 10 Pro 32) on the Home network will only run with the HP Deskjet F4500 series drive not the F4580 driver.
Tried to install through the "Add a printer or Scanner" feature of Windows 10 Settings on another PC in the home network but it would not find the printer so took the option of adding manually it brought up the HP F4500 series and it installed it but when trying to print a test page it would not find the printer and it only brought on scree a small error window saying printer error. All computers in the home network are hard wired ethernet. Sending the document to be printed from another PC (OS windows 10 Pro 64) in the network. does not work.
Any suggestions and assistance will be appreciated.

After following all the suggestions and having no luck I remove the printer listed in the settings->Devices->Printers, under the F4500 series name. Then disconnected it from the PC it was connected to Ran a disk and register clean up to make sure there were no traces of the printer on the PC.
Started the process of installing the printer again from scratch the program took some time to install the drivers since it had to access the windows update. Finally it was clean installed. on the PC.
Went to the other home network PC did the same process of removing any trace of that printer if there was any. Then tried again add new printer the process could not find the printer so went to the option to select a printer by name "\\computer name\printer name" and it listed it! clicked on "Next" and again took a little time but found the driver and installed the printer. Printed a test page, which printed finely and voila! problem solved.
Thanks for all your help and suggestions.

Did you share the printer in the Printer properties on the computer where it is installed?
