Hi, hope someone can help.
I need to print 10cm x 13cm sheets from the frontal feed. When I print a single page, the printer gets 4 sheets as it is supposed to print 4 pages but actually prints just the 1st one leaving blank the other 3 sheets. I tried many differnt suggestions I found on the web but nothing solves the problem. How can I avoid that the frontal feed eats 4 sheets rather than just the one that needs to be printed? Thank you.

Hi @lorenzo976 ,
What paper type are you trying to load into tray 1?
Be aware that the tray support select paper types only, as described by its user guide, it does not intended for photo paper as an example.

Hi Shlomi, many thanks for finding the time to write back to me. I confirm that the paper type is compatible with paper directions given into the guide. I actually tried with just 5 sheets of regular paper (the one I need to use is a bit heavier than normal) and the issue is still there. Seems like the printer is given order to print 4 pages, it loads one after another very quickly but prints just the 1st page (the document to be printed is just few lines so there's no way it's wrecked in more than 1 page even if the sheet is small). Very weird.

Make sure that you have the paper size settings for the MP tray set properly on the printer itself.
