HI I have a have an HP officejet 9015e that is showing an error every time I try to print. It says there is a problem with my account and that I need to go to the HP Smart App to resolve it. I signed into my account and have no idea what the [problem is. Can anyone help?

Clear Cache and Reinstall HP Smart App:

  • Uninstall the HP Smart App from your device.
  • Reinstall the HP Smart App from your device's app store.
  • Clear the cache on your device, if possible, before reinstalling the app.

Update HP Smart App:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart App installed. Check for updates in your app store.
  • Updating the app can resolve many issues related to account access and functionality.

Verify Account Information:

  • Sign back into your HP account using the HP Smart App.
  • Verify that your account information is correct and up to date.
  • Ensure that any subscriptions (like HP Instant Ink) or payment details are accurate and valid.

Printer Connection and Settings:

  • Ensure your printer is properly connected to the network and paired with the HP Smart App.
  • Restart the printer to ensure it reconnects to the network correctly.
