My HP Officejet 6700 premium give me the following message : problem with printer or ink system. The turn of procédure gave no result. Is it possible to have acces to semi full reset procedure?

Your HP Officejet 6700 Premium displaying a "Problem with Printer or Ink System" error is frustrating, especially when basic troubleshooting hasn’t worked. 

 

A full reset might help:

 

Semi-Full Reset Steps

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from power.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
  4. If the error persists, try this alternative reset method:
    • Press and hold the Back button (if available) while turning on the printer.
    • If your printer has a touchscreen, tap the lower-left corner repeatedly as it boots up to access hidden reset options.

Additional Fixes

  • Check for firmware updates on HP’s support site.
  • Clean the ink cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth.
  • Try a different set of cartridges to rule out defective ink.
