First my printer showed a blue screen "B8047a26" then got it working after a reset and now it is showing "There is a problem with the printhead. Event code 62.80.13" and will not let me get out of it or resolve it. I have the (HP OfficeJet Pro 8028) Please email me if you can help.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you are using HP inks.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors
