Product: HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One Printer - B611a

Mijn printer blijft de melding 'Geen papier. Plaats papier in de lade." geven, hoewel er toch papier in de lade zit. Ook horen we dat de rollen in 'het rond draaien' en het papier niet opnemen. We hebben de printer al proberen kuisen en proberen heropstarten. Wat doen we nu best? Is er iemand die ons kan helpen?
