Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried to install a new yellow cartridge but the message I get is: problem with ink cartridge.

I have removed all cartridges (as was advised in a post from 2014), a hard reset (waited 60 seconds), put plug in directly in socket but all to no avail.

Can somebody please help me?

I've found out what the problem was! I bought a new cartridge and problem solved! HP was kind enough, after some encouragement, to refund the money on the defect cartridge 🙂
