Just purchased color and black inkjet cartridges for my HP Deskjet 2722 (first time replacing cartridges) and I am unable to get my printer to do anything. The power light flashes and my WI-FI light is on solid.

Are you using HP ink cartridges?
Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
Ensure the ink cartridges are properly seated. Refer to this document - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
The Power light blinks at a steady interval when the printer is processing a print job. If the Power light blinks fast, the ink cartridge door might be open, or the printer might be in an error state.
