Product: HP officejet 8600 premium

Will not print. "General Printer Error" message. Help said to power off, then back on-no fix. Next solution was to unplug power cord to reset, plug back in and power on- same message. Next solution was to contact HP support.  Here I am....

The general printer error typically indicates hardware failure. Power rest should resolve the error sometimes if it does not then it is a hardware issue for sure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
